Booking & Logistics
How long does setup and breakdown take?
We usually need around two hours to set up before your event starts and about an hour to break down afterwards. Setup happens well before your guests arrive, so it never eats into your event time.
What happens if the weather turns for an outdoor event?
We come prepared with windbreaks and weatherproofing for outdoor and marquee setups, so a bit of British weather doesn’t stop the bar running. If conditions genuinely make an outdoor setup unsafe, we’ll talk it through with you in advance and find the best solution for your venue.
Do you provide bar staff, or is it a drop-off service?
Every booking includes our own experienced, licensed staff running the bar from start to finish. This isn’t a dry hire where you’re left to manage it yourself, we handle the whole service.
Payment & Policies
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we take a deposit to secure your date, with the balance due closer to your event. We’ll confirm exact terms when we send your personalised quote, nothing hidden or sprung on you later.
What's your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. Get in touch as early as possible if your date moves, the earlier you tell us, the more flexibility we can offer. We’ll always talk it through rather than just pointing at small print.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry full public liability insurance and hold all the licensing required to serve alcohol at private and corporate events. Your venue can request our documentation directly from us.
Corporate & Private Events
Can you set up in an office or an unusual indoor space?
Yes. We’ve run bars in offices, warehouses and non-traditional event spaces, all we need is space for the bar, a standard power socket, and ideally water access. If your space is a bit different, just tell us about it and we’ll let you know what we’d need.
How many bar staff will we have for our event?
We staff based on your guest count and how you want the bar to run, generally more staff for larger or faster-paced events. Tell us your numbers and format and we’ll recommend the right setup.
Can you do a bespoke cocktail menu for a corporate event or birthday?
Yes, we can tailor the drinks list to suit the occasion, whether that’s a signature cocktail for a milestone birthday or a menu that fits a corporate theme. Let us know when you enquire and we’ll build it into your quote.
Weddings
What if our guest numbers change after we've booked?
Totally normal, final numbers often shift as RSVPs come in. Let us know your updated count as it changes, and we’ll adjust the package and drinks quantities to match, right up until close to the day.
Can the bar be styled or branded to match our wedding theme?
Yes. We can adapt signage, styling and setup touches to fit your colours or theme where practical, just mention it when you enquire so we can talk through what’s possible for your setup.
Is the bar available for the whole day, or just the evening reception?
Both, depending on what you book. Some couples want us there from the ceremony through to last orders, others just want evening reception cover. Tell us your day’s running order and we’ll build the package around it.
Extras
Can you cater for guests with dietary requirements or allergies?
Yes. We can provide allergen information on request and make sure there are suitable options, including a full soft drinks and non-alcoholic range, for every guest.
