If your event is open to the public or people are buying drinks individually rather than the company covering the cost, a Temporary Event Notice may be required, and we can talk you through exactly what applies to your event.
Can you invoice our company directly?
Yes. We’re used to working with finance departments and can provide a clear quote and invoice for your event, no chasing paperwork after the fact.
How far in advance should we book for a Christmas party?
As early as possible. December dates fill up fast, particularly weekends, so if you’re planning a work Christmas do, the earlier you lock in your date the more choice you’ll have.
Is this suitable for client-facing events, not just staff parties?
Yes. Many companies use us for client entertaining and launches where the impression matters as much as the drinks. We’ll help you plan a setup that fits the tone of the event.
Can you cater for guests who don't drink alcohol?
Yes, every booking includes a full soft drinks range, and we can build in more options like alcohol-free beer or mocktails if you let us know in advance.
What if our guest numbers change closer to the date?
Completely normal for work events. Let us know your updated numbers as they firm up and we’ll adjust the package accordingly.
