Can you check ID for an 18th birthday?
Yes, our staff are experienced with Think 25 and will check ID for anyone who looks under 25, the same as we do behind the bar in Abergavenny every week.
Do we need a licence for a birthday party?
If the host is covering the cost and it’s a private, invite-only party, you usually won’t need to sort a licence. If guests are buying drinks individually, a Temporary Event Notice may be required, and we’ll talk you through what applies.
Can you build a personalised drinks menu for the birthday person?
Yes, from a signature cocktail named after them to a menu board with an in-joke or two, we can build it into the package.
What if the party's in a back garden with no formal venue?
That’s most of what we do. We just need space for the bar, access to power and, ideally, water.
